In 1993 Custer Transfer Station was built serving the area for residential and commercial needs providing waste disposal & recycling. In 2003 Myers’ added horizontal boring and underground utility work to their diverse range of services. In 2006 Perry’s son, Chris, joined his dad in the day to day operations. Throughout the years, the Myers’ have gained experience and knowledge in every facet of construction. Today, Myers Construction specializes in horizontal drilling; underground utility and excavation; sewer and water treatment; demolition; site prep work; and construction of steel buildings. Myers Construction attributes their success to the support of the local people and their hard working employees. Myers Construction celebrated 50 years in business in 2014 – and thankful to be part of a supportive community in Central Nebraska.
